Gatley's Country Stores & Pet Shops recognised their need for a new website, but with the day to day running of 6 shops and a wholesale division being so busy, the Gatley's team knew they needed an agency to act as their marketing department.
Their branding was almost non-existent and was different every time it was re-created. This was our starting point. We stuck to the colours that customers recognised as 'Gatley's Green' and a clear, open font with icons depicting who Gatley's catered for. The next priority was the website, to really shout about what Gatley's offer and to include seo, google analytics and strong branding. To build brand loyalty, we began a programme of data collection, eshots with monthly special offers, social media and advertising.
It was imperative that all Gatley's staff were behind the changes and that they took on board our goals. With open communication, we keep in touch with each shop, and they feel they can contact us as part of the Gatley's team.
